What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal and Apple Pay.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order you can email with order information and I will send a confirmation that the order has been cancelled within 48 hours.You can also return the items as soon as possible at your own expense.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
If the order hasn't been sent I can adjust the order. If it has already sent, then I cannot. Please email me at to amend your order and I will accommodate as much as possible.

Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders before contacting us.

What happens if no one is in to receive my package?
The post office will leave a note so that you can pick up the package at your post office.

What should I do if my order is missing?
If you are in the US and have not received your order within 10 working days of the date on which you ordered them then please contact us by email at

For international customers, please allow up to 20 working days before contacting us regarding a missing order.

Returns, refunds & exchanges
I really hope you love your MIkspress purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you’re welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt.

All returned items must be sent back unused and in their original condition/packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. Please note, if 30 days have expired then unfortunately, we are unable to accept your return.
